Register of Units definition

Register of Units. A register shall be kept by the Trustee containing the names and addresses of the Unit Holders and the number of Units owned by each Unit Holder, and in which all issues, exchanges, transfers and cancellations of Units shall be recorded.
Register of Units means a register kept under regulation 3(1) of the UTR;
