Registered Intellectual Property Right definition

Registered Intellectual Property Right means any Intellectual Property Right or Common IP that is issued or granted by, registered with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Governmental Authority or internet domain name registrar.
Registered Intellectual Property Right means Patents, registered Copyrights and Copyright applications, registered Trademarks and Trademark applications and Domain Name registrations.
Registered Intellectual Property Right has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
