Registered Intellectual Property Right definition

Registered Intellectual Property Right means any Intellectual Property Right or Common IP that is issued or granted by, registered with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Governmental Authority or internet domain name registrar.
Registered Intellectual Property Right has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
Registered Intellectual Property Right means the intellectual property right which is not valid unless and until registered or deposited. Otherwise intellectual property rights are “non- registered intellectual property rights.”
