Registered Health Practitioner means a health practitioner registered, or licensed, as a health practitioner (or as a health practitioner of a particular type) under a law of a State or Territory that provides for the registration or licensing of health practitioners (or health practitioners of that type); and
Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.
Promising practice means a practice that presents, based upon preliminary information, potential for becoming a research-based or consensus-based practice.
Good Manufacturing Practices or “GMP” shall mean the then current Good Manufacturing Practices as such term is defined from time to time by the FDA or other relevant Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the development, manufacture or sale of the Product in the Territory pursuant to its regulations, guidelines or otherwise.
