Specialized Knowledge. Because of the highly specialized knowledge required of some inside jobs, inside people who desire to exercise their rights under this section will be given the opportunity to prove that they can qualify for the job requested in the new center, in seniority order.
Specialized Knowledge. IEPs – Direction Xxxxx-Xxxxx recognizes that Xxxxxx possesses specialized knowledge and abilities in occupational therapy, and in the performance of the services herein undertaken. Xxxxxx shall not be subject to the direction or supervision of any employee of Xxxxx-Xxxxx, rather, Xxxxxx shall carry out the services to be provided as Xxxxxx xxxxx proper. With the specialized knowledge and abilities in law performance, Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx is authorized to carry an on-duty firearm within the ExCel Program building while carrying out the duties of the liaison officer. Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx is to qualify annually with an on-duty firearm, according to standards set forth by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx shall not be subject to the direction or supervision of any employee of Xxxxx-Xxxxx of Xxxxx-Xxxxx Special Education District, rather, Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx, shall carry out the services to be provided as Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx, deems proper. Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx will be provided with a copy of the most recent Crisis Response Guide for the Excel School by the Building Principal.
