More Definitions of Registered Rights

Registered Rights means in relation to any Acquired Company any Intellectual Property which is the subject of registration (or application for registration) with any competent authority whether in the jurisdiction of incorporation of that Acquired Company or otherwise having equivalent or similar effect anywhere in the world;
