Registrar Abuse Policy definition

Registrar Abuse Policy means the policy which is made available at x.xx/xxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxXxxxx, as may be amended from time to time in Registry Operator’s sole discretion.

Related to Registrar Abuse Policy

  • Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement between the County and the Bond Registrar, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Council Clerk and signed by the County Executive and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 4.

  • Registrar General means the registrar general under the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1962, and includes the deputy registrar general under that Act.

  • Registrar Company means any entity providing share registration services to an issuer of Russian Securities.

  • Registrar Functions means the functions with regard to:

  • Registrar of Companies means the Registrar of Companies appointed under the Companies Act;

  • Registrar and Transfer Agent means the registrar and transfer agent of the Partnership appointed by the General Partner, the initial registrar and transfer agent being Computershare.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of a medication or device by ingestion, inhalation, injection or any other means, whether self-administered by a resident, or administered by a guardian (for a minor), or an authorized health care provider.

  • Registrar of Deeds means the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers under the Registration of Deeds Act 1856;

  • Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement between the Paying Agent/Registrar and the District relating to the Bonds.

  • Elder abuse (OAA) means abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an older individual (elder) including the willful:

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Registrar of Titles means, with respect to any state, the governmental agency or body responsible for the registration of, and the issuance of certificates of title relating to, motor vehicles and liens thereon.

  • Local Number Portability (LNP) means the ability of users of Telecommunications Services to retain the presence of a previously existing telephone number(s).

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Public safety agency means a functional division of a public agency, county, or the state that provides fire fighting, law enforcement, ambulance, medical, or other emergency services.

  • Federal Aviation Administration and "FAA" mean the United States Federal Aviation Administration and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to their functions.

  • Mental health treatment center means a treatment facility organized to provide care and treatment

  • State educational institution means an institution enumerated in Article 12, Section 11 of the constitution of New Mexico;

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • Local Number Portability (“LNP”) means the ability of users of Telecommunications Services to retain, at the same location, existing telecommunications numbers without impairment of quality, reliability, or convenience when switching from one Telecommunications Carrier to another.

  • State education agency means the department.

  • Number Portability Administration Center or "NPAC" means one (1) of the seven (7) regional number portability centers involved in the dissemination of data associated with ported numbers. The NPACs were established for each of the seven (7) original Xxxx Operating Company regions so as to cover the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories in the North American Numbering Plan area. "Numbering Plan Area" or "NPA" is also sometimes referred to as an area code. It is a unique three-digit indicator that is defined by the "X," "X" and "C" digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes. There are two (2) general categories of NPA. "Geographic NPA" is associated with a defined geographic area and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A "Non-Geographic NPA," also known as a "Service Access Code" (SAC Code), is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, Toll Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. "NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.

  • UK Listing Authority means the Financial Services Authority in its capacity as competent authority under the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000.
