Examples of Registrar to the Offer in a sentence
The Company shall also ensure that (a) the aggregate amount of commission and processing fees payable to the SCSBs and the Sponsor Banks; (b) any amounts payable to the Depositories and the Registrar to the Offer; and (c) any other expenses in connection with the Offer including roadshow expenses, advertisement and media expenses shall be made at the relevant time from the Company’s account.
The Registrar to the Offer shall be liable for all consequences which may arise as a result of delay or error in such communication of the aforesaid changes to the Refund Bank.
The Company shall ensure that the aggregate amount of commission payable to the Registered Brokers, the RTAs and the CDPs as calculated by the Registrar to the Offer, shall be transferred by the Company (on behalf of itself and the Selling Shareholders) to the Stock Exchanges, the RTAs and the CDPs prior to the receipt of final listing and trading approvals.
The Registrar to the Offer and the Bankers to the Offer agree to be bound by any instructions from the Company and the BRLMs and also agree to render all requisite cooperation and assistance in this regard.
The SCSBs, the Sponsor Banks and the Registrar to the Offer shall provide the relevant confirmations to the BRLMs in accordance with the applicable UPI Circulars.
