Registry and Paying Agency Agreement definition

Registry and Paying Agency Agreement means the agreement to be executed by and between the Bank and the Registrar and Paying Agent, stipulating the rights and obligations of the Registrar and Paying Agent with respect to the EW CDs Due 2022;
