Registry Operation means, other than by reason of the occurrence of an Administrator Event,:
Registry Operation means the establishment of and continuing functioning of the Registry pursuant to the MiQ Program Guide;

For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to clause (B), each Applicable Registry Operator shall have one vote for each top-­‐level domain operated by such Registry Operator pursuant to an Applicable Registry Agreement.
