Regular Deferral Election definition

Regular Deferral Election means a written election on a form provided by the Committee, pursuant to which a Grantee: (i) elects, within the time or times specified in Paragraph 8(a)(ii), to defer the distribution date of Shares issuable with respect to Restricted Stock Units; and (ii) designates the distribution date of such Shares.
Regular Deferral Election means a written election with respect to an Award on a form provided by the Administrator, pursuant to which a Participant:
Regular Deferral Election means any Deferral Election that is not a Mid-Year Deferral Election or a Special Bonus Deferral Election. A Regular Deferral Election occurs in an enrollment period designated by the Committee and ending prior to the start of the Performance Period.

Examples of Regular Deferral Election in a sentence

  • No Regular Deferral Election shall be effective until 12 months after the date on which a Regular Deferral Election is filed with the Committee.

Excess Elective Deferrals shall mean those Elective Deferrals that are includible in a Participant's gross income under Section 402(g) of the Code to the extent such Participant's Elective Deferrals for a taxable year exceed the dollar limitation under such Code section.
