Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, Agent and the Lenders) as selected by Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.
Regular Interval means monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual periods.
Regular Interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.
REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP One of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and designated as a Regular Interest in REMIC I. REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP shall be entitled to any Prepayment Charges collected by the Master Servicer and to a distribution of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest as defined in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Corresponding Certificates or any Corresponding Component.
Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the REMIC I Regular Interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan outstanding as of the Cut-Off Date, after taking into account all principal and interest payments made or due prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.
Regular Interests (i) With respect to REMIC I, the REMIC I Regular Interests and (ii) with respect to REMIC II, the REMIC II Regular Interests.
REMIC III Regular Interest The Class CE Interest, Class P Interest, Class IO Interest or any Regular Interest in REMIC III the ownership of which is represented by any of the Class A Certificates or Class M Certificates.
REMIC I Regular Interest Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC I. Each REMIC I Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC I Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The designations for the respective REMIC I Regular Interests are set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
REMIC 1 Regular Interest Each of the REMIC 1 Interests other than the Class LT1-R Interest.
REMIC 2 Regular Interest Each of the REMIC 2 Interests other than the Class LT2-R Interest.
REMIC II Regular Interest Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC II issued hereunder and designated as a “regular interest” in REMIC II. Each REMIC II Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC II Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The designations for the respective REMIC II Regular Interests are set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.
Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.
LIBOR Interest Period means, as to any advance to which the LIBOR Option applies, the period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months as selected by the Borrower in its notice of borrowing or notice of conversion, as the case may be, commencing on the date of disbursement of an advance (or the date of conversion of an advance to the LIBOR Option, as the case may be) and each successive period selected by the Borrower thereafter; provided that, (i) if a LIBOR Interest Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, it shall end on the next succeeding Business Day unless such day falls in the next succeeding calendar month in which case the LIBOR Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (ii) the Borrower may not select a LIBOR Interest Period that would end on a day after the Expiration Date, and (iii) any LIBOR Interest Period that begins on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such LIBOR Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such LIBOR Interest Period.
Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.
Upper-Tier Regular Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.
LIBOR Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and
REMIC III Regular Interests The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC III designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC III Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.
Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interest As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
REMIC 1 Regular Interests REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1A, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1B, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1C, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1D and REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1P.
REMIC Regular Interest Any REMIC I Regular Interest or REMIC II Regular Interest.
