Regular Librarian Appointment definition

Regular Librarian Appointment means a probationary status Regular appointment or confirmed Regular appointment as defined in Article 20 Appointments;

  • regular service means service rendered by an employee in the Cadre on a regular basis other than the service on contract or daily wages or ad-hoc but includes ad-hoc promotion or appointment in a cadre post through due procedure followed by regularization to the extant approved by the competent authority.

  • NI 81-107 means National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
