Regular Trading Day definition

Regular Trading Day means the regular trading hours of a Trading Day on the Principal Trading Market shall be open for business (as of the date of this Agreement, such hours are, for most Trading Days, approximately 9:00 or 9:30AM to approximately 4PM Eastern Time; provided, however, that certain Trading Days may have shorter regular trading hours; and provided, further, that the regular trading hours may be subsequently changed for the Principal Trading Market).
Regular Trading Day. Reporting Service,” “Trading Day,” and “VWAP” have the meanings ascribed to them in the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Related to Regular Trading Day

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.

  • Regular Trustee means any Trustee other than the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Trading Days means any days during the course of which the principal securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading is open for the exchange of securities.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Trading Period means the term as defined in the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.

  • Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.

  • Regular Member means any Member, excluding the Managing Member and any Special Members.

  • Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Regular Distribution Date Replacement Liquidity Facility", "Responsible Officer", "Scheduled Payment", "Special Payment", "S&P", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreement", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement", "United States" and "Written Notice".

  • SOFR Business Day means any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • Regular Meeting means a scheduled meeting held in accordance with the approved calendar/schedule of meetings.

  • Regular Distribution Dates means each June 15 and each December 15, commencing on December 15, 2016; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.

  • Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
