Regular meetings of the Regular Trustees may be held at a time and place fixed by resolution of the Regular Trustees.
The Trust's activities may be conducted under the name of the Trust or any other name deemed advisable by the Regular Trustees.
Notice of any in-person meetings of the Regular Trustees shall be hand delivered or otherwise delivered in writing (including by facsimile, with a hard copy by overnight courier) not less than 48 hours before such meeting.
