Regulatory Category definition

Regulatory Category means the level of polluting material(s) used and/or stored at a facility. For the purpose of this regulation the following categories shall apply: Category I; 56-499 gallons (450-4499 pounds), Category II; 500-4999 gallons (4500-44,999 pounds), Category III; 5000+ gallons (45,000 pounds+).

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • regulatory action level RBC means the product of 1.5 and its authorized control level RBC;

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
