Category III. If the City determines that the nature of the work assigned to a unit member, requires the use of an automobile on a regular basis for more than one-half of the unit member’s work schedule, the unit member may utilize a private vehicle and the City shall reimburse the unit member at $137.55 per month. In addition to the per month allowance, the City shall reimburse the unit member at the current US Internal Revenue Service standard mileage rate.

Category III. If the City determines that the nature of the work assigned to a represented employee, requires the use of an automobile on a regular basis for more than one-half of the represented employee’s work schedule, the represented employee may utilize a private vehicle and the City shall reimburse the represented employee at the following rate per month: The City shall reimburse represented employees in Unit TM1 at the Category III rate. In addition to the per month allowance, the City shall reimburse the represented employee at the rate of fifty one cents ($.51) per mile. During January of each fiscal year, the per mile rate will be adjusted to the maximum per mile rate established by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Category III. (i) Turning off, disconnecting from, or disabling the Digital Network when a TNC Vehicle is on Airport property, unless the TNC Driver is departing the Airport after a drop-off; (ii) Allowing operation of a TNC Vehicle on Airport roadways by an unauthorized driver; (iii) Transporting a Passenger in an unauthorized vehicle; (iv) Failing to provide information, or providing false information, to Ground Transportation Agents; (v) Soliciting passengers on Airport property; (vi) Using or possessing any alcoholic beverage while on duty; (vii) Soliciting of any activity prohibited by the applicable laws, rules or regulations; (viii) Operating a Vehicle at any time during which TNC’s authority is suspended or revoked; (ix) Engaging in any criminal activity; (x) Circumventing, by any method, the established Geo-Fence; and
Category III. For Category III undertakings, implementation shall proceed at the discretion of the NRCS State CRS upon the completion of fieldwork with a determination ofno historic properties affectedin accordance with 36 CFR Part 800.4(d)(1). Implementation shall proceed through communication between the NRCS State CRS and the Conservation Planner. If archaeological sites or TCPs are present within the APE, and the proposed conservation activities, enhancements, and/or practices can be modified to avoid the resource with a buffer zone of no less than 50 feet (15 meters), then implementation can proceed in accordance with the design specifications stated in the conservation plan. NRCS Utah CRS personnel will meet with the Conservation Planner to document the cultural resources and evaluate them for eligibility for the NRHP. Once the Section 106 consultation process has been completed, the NRCS State CRS will return a signed copy of the NRCS Utah Cultural Resources Review Form to the Conservation Planner. Conservation Planners will maintain a signed copy of the form and any associated cultural resources reports and consultation letters with the conservation plan for the undertaking. If, after the consultation process, an avoided cultural resource has been determined eligible for the NRHP, then Cooperators must ensure that the cultural resources remain avoided and unaffected to the extent that the eligibility of the cultural resource for the NRHP is not adversely affected. Avoidance shall last for the lifespan of the conservation activity, enhancement, and/or practice that is being planned. However, if an avoided cultural resource is determined not eligible for the NRHP through the consultation process, further avoidance measures are unnecessary and can be maintained at the discretion of the property owner.
Category III. (a) Teachers included in this category are teachers on continuing contracts. (b) Minimum of one formal observation (Appendix B) every third year shall be for the duration of a minimum of 30 consecutive minutes. If the class period is shorter, the observation shall last for the class period, and an additional observation (formal or informal) may be made at the discretion of the evaluator. However, a teacher may request one additional formal observation. Teacher Observation/Evaluation Procedure 1. Evaluations of teachers shall be based on objective observation of the work performance and shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. All observations and/or evaluations shall be performed only by properly certified administrators. 2. Written evaluations shall be made after the evaluator has observed a teacher using the form set forth in Appendix B. The evaluator shall review the evaluation with the teacher within ten (10) work days following the observation. The written evaluation should be signed and dated by both the evaluator and the teacher. The signature shall indicate that the teacher has reviewed the report. Space shall be provided on the evaluation form for the teacher to indicate agreement or disagreement with the evaluation. The teacher may include his/her written comments on the evaluation form. The teacher shall receive a copy of each written evaluation within ten (10) school days following the observation. 3. Any evaluation which is marked on the approved evaluation form as not meeting expected level must be accompanied by written recommendations for improvement. The teacher and evaluator will work together towards meeting the expected level of performance. 4. Category IIIA Bank shall be in Category III if it (a) has an Average Net Composite Score of less than 35.0 for the most recent calendar quarter for which an Average Net Composite Score is available, (b) has a Net Composite Score of less than 30.0 for the most recent calendar quarter for which a Net Composite Score is available, (c) has a Net Collateral Ratio of less than 102.00% for the last day of the most recent month, (d) has a Permanent Capital Ratio of less than 5.00% for the period ending on the last day of the most recent month, or (e) is in Category II and has failed to provide information to the Committee as required by Article III within two Business Days after receipt of written notice from the Committee of such failure.
