Regulatory Filing Fees definition

Regulatory Filing Fees means any filing fees in connection with all filings under the HSR Act.
Regulatory Filing Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).
Regulatory Filing Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(d).

More Definitions of Regulatory Filing Fees

Regulatory Filing Fees means fees, costs and expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the filings, submissions, consents, approvals, authorizations and permits required under applicable Legal Requirements in connection with the Transactions.

Related to Regulatory Filing Fees

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • IND means an investigational new drug application filed with the FDA with respect to a Product, or an equivalent application filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States to commence a clinical trial of pharmaceutical product.

  • Prosecution and Maintenance or “Prosecute and Maintain” means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.
