Permits Required. The consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement will not require an application for issuance, renewal, transfer or extension of, or any other administrative action regarding, any Permit required under any Environmental Law.
Permits Required. The development permits that have been approved or may be needed to be approved for the redevelopment of the Property include:
A. CITY site and construction plan approvals;
B. Preliminary and final Plat or subdivision approvals, including infrastructure construction plan approval;
C. CITY and County Right-of-Way use permit;
D. CITY building permits and sign permits;
E. FDOT permits, as applicable; and
F. Other CITY, Pasco County, State or Federal permits, as may be required by law.
Permits Required. Developer shall obtain all permits and pay all fees required under the NBMC or any other local, state, or federal law for this Project.

Prior to performing any services pursuant to this Contract, the Service Provider shall obtain and maintain all permits, licenses, certificates, and other documents as required by the State of Idaho and any county, city, or other government or regulatory body, necessary to legally engage in and perform the services provided under this Contract, and then provide proof of such to the A3SSA.

Permits Required. Developer shall obtain all permits required under the City Code for this Project.
Permits Required. Prior to performing any work permit approval MUST be issued. A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT is required for all work within the city right-of-way. The applicant is responsible for any additional permits that may be required. The applicant must call Underground Utilities Locate, 0-000-000-0000 48 hours prior to the start of any work, as required by State law.
Permits Required. District shall obtain all permits required under the North Bend Municipal Code (“NBMC”) for the Project.
Permits Required. Prior to installation or modification of a Small Wireless Facility or Licensee Pole, Licensee or its contractor or sublicensee, if any, will be required to apply for and obtain all necessary Permits issued by the City for work performed within the ROW, and the ROW will be accessed and used in accordance with plans submitted by Licensee and approved by the City in issuing a Permit. Execution of this Agreement or any Site Supplement does not constitute the issuance of a Permit. Licensee shall give notice to the City of any revocation or denial of any Permit or other approval affecting its performance hereunder within 30 days of such revocation or the day upon which the Licensee received actual or constructive notice of denial of such Permit.

Contractor shall be responsible for pulling all permits. The permit allowance is $1,400 for this project.
