Regulatory Period definition

Regulatory Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(g).
Regulatory Period means the period of time that is two hundred seventy (270) days (or such longer time as may be agreed between Owner and VICI) after the finalization and execution of a Sale Agreement or HLV Repurchase Sale Agreement, as the case may be.
Regulatory Period means with respect to any Series (i) the period from the Series Issuance Date therefor through and including the first Adjustment Date (the "Initial Regulatory Period") and (ii) following the Initial Regulatory Period until December 31, 2010, each period from and including each Adjustment Date through but excluding the following Adjustment Date.
