Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st
Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.
Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.
Pre-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period ending on or before the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period ending on the Deconsolidation Date.
Beginning farmer means an individual, partnership, family farm corporation, or family farm limited liability company, with a low or moderate net worth that engages in farming or wishes to engage in farming.
Deconsolidation Date means the last date on which SpinCo qualifies as a member of the affiliated group (as defined in Section 1504 of the Code) of which Parent is the common parent.
Shared-Loss Quarter has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
Post-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Deconsolidation Date.
Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
NI 52-109 means National Instrument 52-109 – Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’ Annual and Interim Filings;
Xxxxxx Agreement means that certain Contingent Stock Agreement, effective as of January 1, 1996, by The Xxxxx Company in favor of and for the benefit of the Holders (named in Schedule I thereto) and the Representatives (therein defined), as amended.
Shared-Loss Month means each calendar month between the Commencement Date and the last day of the month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs, provided that, the first Shared-Loss Month shall begin on the Commencement Date and end on the last day of that month.
Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.
Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.
Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;
Intermittent Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource with output that can vary as a function of its energy source, such as wind, solar, run of river hydroelectric power and other renewable resources.
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.
Renewable Energy Credits means a certificate, credit, allowance, green tag, or other transferable indicia, howsoever entitled, allocated, assigned or otherwise awarded or certified by any Governmental Authority, program administrator, certification board or similar entity in connection with the production or generation of each MWh of energy from the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, “Renewable Energy Credits” shall not include any ITC, State Renewable Energy Incentives or other tax benefits, credits, or incentives.
Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement means the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement attached to the Purchase and Assumption Agreement as Exhibit 4.15B.
RD 1012/2015 means Royal Decree 1012/2015, of 6 November developing Law 11/2015, as amended or superseded from time to time.
Reconciliation Date means the last calendar day of each Reconciliation Period.
