Regulatory Redemption definition

Regulatory Redemption is defined in Section 9.4.
Regulatory Redemption means the Issuer or the Obligor may, at its option, redeem the Subordinated Sukuk Murabahah (in whole or in part) at the Redemption Amount, subject to the Redemption Conditions being satisfied if a Regulatory Event occurs;
Regulatory Redemption means the redemption of the Subordinated Bonds (in whole or in part) at the option of the Issuer upon the occurrence of a Regulatory Event which is continuing on any Coupon Payment Date at the Redemption Amount.

Regulatory Redemption means (i) the disposition by the Holder of any Notes required by any Governmental Authority or the Board of Managers of the Company or (ii) a redemption or repurchase by the Company of any of the Notes required by any Governmental Authority or the Board of Managers of the Company if, in either case, the ownership of any of the Notes by the Holder thereof will preclude, interfere with, threaten or delay the issuance, maintenance, existence or reinstatement of any gaming or liquor license, permit or approval, or result in the imposition of burdensome terms or conditions on such license, permit or approval, in accordance with Section 3.

  • Mandatory Redemption means a redemption of ETP Securities in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
