Rehabilitation Contract definition

Rehabilitation Contract or “Rehabilitation Contracts” shall mean one or more contract(s) between Participant each Contractor for the performance of any of the work of the Rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation Contract means the construction contact for rehabilitation of the Improvements to be approved by the Agency pursuant to this Agreement, if any.
Rehabilitation Contract means a contractual agreement between the Contractor and the Recipient for completion of any treatment recommended by the Contractor. The agreement must include notice to Recipients of their rights and responsibilities, possible consequences of non-compliance and discharge criteria.
