Rehabilitative Mental Health Services definition

Rehabilitative Mental Health Services means mental health services that are rehabilitative and enable the client to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, independent living, parenting skills, and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness.
Rehabilitative Mental Health Services means those services included in Section 1810.247(a) and separately defined in this Article.

  • Contractor shall provide the following covered Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services and other mental health services, as specified below and defined in California Code of Regulations (“CCR”), Title 9, Division 1, Chapter 11, Subchapter 1, Article 2 (Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services) and the current up-to-date version of California’s Medicaid State Plan Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, as amended.

  • Contractor will comply with all applicable Medicaid laws, regulations, including applicable sub-regulatory guidance and contract provisions California Code of Regulations, Title 9, Division 1, Chapter 11, Subchapter 1, Article 2 (Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services) and California’s Medicaid State Plan, Rehabilitative Mental Health Services State Plan Amendment 10-016, Attachment 3.1-A, Supplement 3).

  • The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur and that the parties would not have any adequate remedy at law in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with their specific terms or were otherwise breached.

  • Rehabilitative Mental Health Services include services to enable a child to achieve age-appropriate growth and development.

  • Community rehabilitation program means a program that provides directly or facilitates the provision of one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities to enable those individuals to maximize their opportunities for employment, including career advancement:

  • Health services means, but shall not be limited to, examination, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, pharmaceuticals, aftercare, habilitation or rehabilitation and mental health therapy of any kind, as well as payment or reimbursement for any such services.

  • Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

  • Health service area or “HSA” refers to the distinct geographic regions described in Section 4.1.4 or the Vermont Blueprint for Health Manual.

  • Rehabilitation means the repair, renovation, alteration or reconstruction of any building or structure, pursuant to the Rehabilitation Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-6.

For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost. To be considered “Substantial Rehabilitation,” there must be at least the foundations remaining from the previous structures, suitable to support the proposed construction.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
