Title 9 definition

Title 9 shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.03(a).
Title 9 means federal Public Law 92-318, Title 9 of the Education Amendments of 1972 which is codified at 20 U.S. Code 1681, et seq.

  • The obligation of the parties to arbitrate pursuant to this clause shall be specifically enforceable in accordance with, and shall be conducted consistently with, the provisions of Title 9 of Part 3 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.

  • Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.

  • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • Interpretation Act means the Interpretation Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

  • UNCITRAL means the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • the Council Regulation means Council Regulation (E.C.) No. 2201/2003 of 27th November 2003 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility;

  • HKIAC Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.13(a).
