Reimbursement Borrowing definition

Reimbursement Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(f)(i).
Reimbursement Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which shall not have been reimbursed on the date when made or converted into a borrowing of Letter of Credit Loans under Section 2.9.1(b)."
