Reimbursement Deadline definition

Reimbursement Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5(b).
Reimbursement Deadline means the last day for Settlement Class Members to submit the Reimbursement Form for reimbursement of time spent remediating payment card issues ending sixty (60) days after the Effective Date.
Reimbursement Deadline has the meaning assigned to such term in in Section 2.06(d).

  • Requests for Reimbursement must be received by the City no later than Request for Reimbursement Deadline Date (stated in the Basic Provisions) to qualify for payment under this Contract.

  • A market will not receive reimbursement if they do not satisfy the end-of-year requirements by the Reimbursement Deadline, per the Dates of Importance.

  • Request for Reimbursement Deadline – the date specified in the Contract when all Grant Equipment must be received, all costs for Grant Equipment must be paid in full with either cash-on-hand or financing, and all requests for reimbursement must be received by TCEQ from the PERFORMING PARTY.

  • These documents shall remain on the Settlement Website at least until expiration of the Election Deadline, the Reimbursement Deadline, and Monetary Payment Deadline.

  • Costs to be reimbursed under this Contract must be incurred by the Request for Reimbursement Deadline, as identified on the Contract Signature Page.

  • Unless otherwise approved by TCEQ, an extension request must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to the Request for Reimbursement Deadline.

  • Non-Reinstatement Deadline has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).

  • Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.

  • Reimbursement Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or the term “Advance Rate” or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Allowance transfer deadline means midnight of January 30 or, if January 30 is not a business day, midnight of the first business day thereafter and is the deadline by which allowances may be submitted for recordation in an affected unit’s compliance subaccount for the purposes of meeting the unit’s acid rain emissions limitation requirements for sulfur dioxide for the previous calendar year.

  • Disbursement Period means the period during which Grant Funds may be disbursed.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Payment Period means the three months following each Collection Quarter.

  • L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Reimbursement Agreement as defined in Section 2.8(b).

  • Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline. All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.

  • Honor Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(c)(i).

  • Reimbursement Approval means an approval, agreement, determination, or other decision by the applicable Governmental Authority that establishes prices charged to end-users for pharmaceutical or biologic products at which a particular pharmaceutical or biologic product will be reimbursed by the Regulatory Authorities or other applicable Governmental Authorities in the Territory.

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Extension Deadline means, with respect to a letter of credit, the Cutoff Time on the Business Day preceding the day on which the letter of credit expires.

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.

  • Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances means a special reimbursement of the Deposits, prior to the Maturity Date, in the circumstances and the manner described under “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.
