Reinstatement Procedure definition

Reinstatement Procedure means the procedures set out in Condition 7(b)(ii).
Reinstatement Procedure means, in respect of a Reinstatement of a Series of Additional Tier 1 Notes, the procedure relating to Reinstatement set out in Condition 8(e);
Reinstatement Procedure. Should a section or class be available in the area they were declared surplus from the teacher who was displaced in the reduction will have the first right of refusal prior to posting the position or vacancy. The teacher will have 72 hours to accept or reject the offered position. If a teacher chooses to reject the offered position, their rights under this section will be forfeited.
