Reinvestment Price definition

Reinvestment Price means the price, expressed as an amount per Common Share, paid by participants in the Corporation's dividend reinvestment plan to reinvest their Dividends in additional Common Shares on a Dividend Payment Date, provided that if the Corporation has suspended the operation of such plan or does not have such a plan, then the Reinvestment Price shall be equal to the Fair Market Value of the Common Shares on the trading day immediately preceding the Divided Payment Date;
Reinvestment Price means the price, expressed as an amount per Common Share, at which share dividends are deemed to be issued pursuant to the Corporation's share dividend program (or any dividend reinvestment program operated by the Corporation from time to time in lieu of a share dividend program) with respect to the applicable Dividend, provided that if the Corporation has suspended the operation of the share dividend program or does not have any dividend reinvestment program, then the Reinvestment Price shall be equal to the Fair Market Value of the Common Shares on the trading day immediately preceding the Dividend Payment Date;
Reinvestment Price means, with respect to any Reinvestment Share or DRIP Share, as applicable, a dollar amount per Reinvestment Share or DRIP Share, as applicable, equal to 97% of the volume-weighted average price per share of Class A Common Stock on the National Securities Exchange or automated or electronic quotation system on which shares of Class A Common Stock are then listed or admitted to trading, as reported by Bloomberg L.P., or its successor, for the five Trading Days immediately preceding, but excluding, the applicable Payment Date.

  • Reinvestment Rate means .25% (one-fourth of one percent) plus the arithmetic mean of the yields under the respective headings “This Week” and “Last Week” published in the Statistical Release under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” for the maturity (rounded to the nearest month) corresponding to the remaining life to maturity, as of the payment date of the principal being redeemed or paid. If no maturity exactly corresponds to such maturity, yields for the two published maturities most closely corresponding to such maturity shall be calculated pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence and the Reinvestment Rate shall be interpolated or extrapolated from such yields on a straight-line basis, rounding in each of such relevant periods to the nearest month. For the purposes of calculating the Reinvestment Rate, the most recent Statistical Release published prior to the date of determination of the Make-Whole Amount shall be used.
