REIT General Partner definition

REIT General Partner means the A-1 Series, in its capacity as one of the two general partners of the Property LP.
REIT General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
REIT General Partner shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
