Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease Schedule means the list of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the provisions of Article V hereof.

  • Entry of the Confirmation Order shall constitute a Bankruptcy Court order approving the assumptions, assumption and assignment, or rejections, as applicable, of such Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases as set forth in the Plan, the Assumed Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease Schedule, and the Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease Schedule, as applicable, pursuant to sections 365(a) and 1123 of the Bankruptcy Code.
