CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
Portfolio Administrator means any entity and any successor or replacement thereto, as specified in the Final Terms for each Series of ETP Securities, appointed as Portfolio Administrator in accordance with the terms of the relevant Portfolio Administration Agreement.
RFR Administrator means the XXXXX Administrator or the SARON Administrator, as applicable.
Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Fund Administrator means the fund administrator, manager, trustee or similar person with the primary administrative responsibilities for a Fund according to the relevant Fund Documents.
Zoning Administrator means the administrator of these rules who is appointed by the natural resources commission.
Administrators means each Person appointed in accordance with Section 8.20 solely in such Person’s capacity as Administrator of the Issuer Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrator appointed as herein provided; with the initial Administrators being Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxxx X.
Tax Administrator means the individual charged with direct responsibility for administration of an income tax levied by a municipal corporation in accordance with this chapter, and also includes the following:
Canadian Securities Administrators means the Alberta Securities Commission and any other applicable securities commission or securities regulatory authority of a province or territory of Canada.
CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).
School administrator means a superintendent, principal or his/her designee assistant principal//technical center director or his/her designee and/or the District’s Equity Coordinator.
Swap Administration Agreement As defined in Section 4.08(b).
System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
Certificate Administrator’s Website The internet website of the Certificate Administrator, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
Records administrator means the director, county clerk, municipal secretary, superintendent, or other person responsible for maintaining the records of the local governmental entity.
Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
IPN Portal Administrator means the USAID official designated by the Director, M/OAA, who has overall responsibility for managing the USAID Implementing Partner Notices Portal for Assistance.
SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
