Related DOCA Companies definition

Related DOCA Companies means the companies set out at Schedule 1 (Related DOCA Companies) in respect of which DOCAs have been approved by the requisite majority of Related DOCA Creditors and executed by the relevant Related Deed Company and the Deed Administrators, each such company being a “Related DOCA Company”;

Examples of Related DOCA Companies in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Deed, Related DOCA Companies and Related DOCA Creditors which or who are not a Party to this Deed will be entitled to enforce and enjoy the benefit of any term of this Deed applicable to them in their capacities as Related DOCA Companies or Related DOCA Creditors (as applicable), including where a term of this Deed has been incorporated by reference in a Related DOCA to which any such Related DOCA Companies and/ or Related DOCA Creditors are a party.

Related to Related DOCA Companies

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Group Member Agreement means the partnership agreement of any Group Member, other than the Partnership, that is a limited or general partnership, the limited liability company agreement of any Group Member that is a limited liability company, the certificate of incorporation and bylaws or similar organizational documents of any Group Member that is a corporation, the joint venture agreement or similar governing document of any Group Member that is a joint venture and the governing or organizational or similar documents of any other Group Member that is a Person other than a limited or general partnership, limited liability company, corporation or joint venture, as such may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Company Entities means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means any agreement or other instrument, other than this Agreement, but including the Commercial Agreements, to be executed and delivered by a Seller or an Affiliate thereof in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.
