Related Jurisdiction definition

Related Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction within the United States with the authority to impose Taxes by virtue of the location of the Leased Premises, payments pursuant to this Lease being made from within such jurisdiction or any transfer of the Leased Premises pursuant to this Lease occurring within such jurisdiction.
Related Jurisdiction means England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey (including Alderney and Sark).
Related Jurisdiction means any of the following countries, namely, England and Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man (the reference to Guernsey being treated as including Alderney and Sark).

  • Designated Jurisdiction means any country or territory to the extent that such country or territory itself is the subject of any Sanction.

  • Permitted Jurisdiction means the United States or any state thereof, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or British Crown Dependencies, any other member country of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing.

  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction where local laws or regulations may result in a significant risk of civil, regulatory or criminal exposure if information concerning the Acquisition is sent or made available in that jurisdiction;

  • Permitted Junior Securities means Equity Interests in the Company or debt securities that are subordinated to all Senior Debt (and any debt securities issued in exchange for Senior Debt) to substantially the same extent as, or to a greater extent than, the Notes are subordinated to Senior Debt pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Sanctioned Party means any persons, entities, bodies, or vessels designated by a Sanctioning Authority.

  • Applicable Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction or jurisdictions under which the Borrower is organized, domiciled or resident or from which any of its business activities are conducted or in which any of its properties are located and which has jurisdiction over the subject matter being addressed.
