Related Jurisdiction definition

Related Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction within the United States with the authority to impose Taxes by virtue of the location of a Leased Property, payments pursuant to this Lease being made from within such jurisdiction or any transfer of a Leased Property pursuant to this Lease occurring within such jurisdiction.
