Sanctioned Countries definition

Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.
Sanctioned Countries has the meaning set forth in Section 9.29(a).
Sanctioned Countries and “Sanctioned Country” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

Examples of Sanctioned Countries in a sentence

  • None of the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any Affiliate of the Borrower (i) is a Sanctioned Person, (ii) has more than 10% of its assets in Sanctioned Countries or (iii) derives more than 10% of its operating income from investments in, or transactions with Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries.

  • None of the Credit Parties or their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates (a) is a Sanctioned Person, (b) has more than 15% of its assets in Sanctioned Countries, or (c) derives more than 15% of its operating income from investments in, or transactions with Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries.

  • None of the Credit Parties or their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates (i) is a Sanctioned Person, (ii) has more than 15% of its assets in Sanctioned Countries, or (iii) derives more than 15% of its operating income from investments in, or transactions with Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries.

  • Neither the Servicer nor any of its Subsidiaries engages in activities related to Sanctioned Countries except for such activities as are (A) specifically or generally licensed by OFAC, or (B) otherwise in compliance with OFAC’s sanctions regulations.


More Definitions of Sanctioned Countries

Sanctioned Countries has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.18(a) hereof.
Sanctioned Countries means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.43 of this Agreement.
Sanctioned Countries has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.07(b).
Sanctioned Countries means any country which is directly or indirectly the subject of any Sanctions; and
Sanctioned Countries means Balkans, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cote d’ Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
