Sanctioned Countries definition

Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.
Sanctioned Countries has the meaning set forth in Section 9.29(a).
Sanctioned Countries and “Sanctioned Country” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

More Definitions of Sanctioned Countries

Sanctioned Countries means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
