Related Trust Assets definition

Related Trust Assets has the meaning set forth in the Origination Trust Agreement.
Related Trust Assets means Trust Assets, with respect to a SUBI, allocated to such SUBI as SUBI Assets, or with respect to Trust Assets not allocated to any SUBI, the Trust Assets retained within the UTI as UTI Assets.

  • In the event of any actual conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and (a) the Titling Trust Agreement, with respect to the servicing of any Trust Assets, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and (b) any Servicing Supplement with respect to the servicing of any Related Trust Assets, the provisions of such Servicing Supplement shall control with respect to the related Pool.

  • Related Trust Means the Continental Pass Through Trust 1997-4A-O, formed under the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement.
