Released Pledged Loan definition

Released Pledged Loan means any Loan which was included as a Pledged Loan, but which has been released from the Lien of this Indenture pursuant to the terms hereof.
Released Pledged Loan means any Loan which was a Pledged Loan, but which was released from the Lien of this Indenture pursuant to the terms hereof; provided that any Released Pledged Loan which subsequently becomes an Additional Pledged Loan shall not be a Released Pledged Loan, unless and until such Loan is again released from the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to the terms hereof.
Released Pledged Loan means any Loan which was a Pledged Loan, but which was released from the Lien of this Indenture pursuant to the terms hereof.

Related to Released Pledged Loan

  • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:
