Relevant Adjustment Date definition

Relevant Adjustment Date means each Ex-Date in respect of a Relevant Cash Dividend and, if no Ex-Date falls in a Relevant Period, the first Scheduled Trading Day following the end of such Relevant Period;
Relevant Adjustment Date means each Ex-Date in respect of a Relevant Dividend and, if no Ex-Date in respect of an Ordinary Cash Dividend falls in a Relevant Period, the first Scheduled Trading Day following the end of such Relevant Period. If no Ex-Date in respect of an Ordinary Cash Dividend falls in a Relevant Period, for the purposes of the Relevant Adjustment Date falling on the first Scheduled Trading Day of the following Relevant Period, the Dividend Threshold shall be deemed to be equal to the Dividend Threshold in respect of such Relevant Period in which no Ex-Date in respect of an Ordinary Cash Dividend occurred;
Relevant Adjustment Date means, (i) where a Cash Dividend is paid that results in an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Condition 5(a)(ii), the Ex-Date in respect of the Relevant Cash Dividend or, in case no Ex-Date falls in a Relevant Period, the first Scheduled Trading Day following the end of such Relevant Period and (ii) where a Non Cash Dividend is made that results in an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Condition 5(a)(ii), the Ex-Date in respect of the Relevant Non Cash Dividend.

Relevant Adjustment Date means, (i) where the Guarantor pays or makes a Cash Distribution that results in an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Condition 6(a)(ii), the Ex-Date in respect of the Relevant Cash Distribution or, in case no Ex-Date falls in a Relevant Period, the first Scheduled Trading Day following the end of such Relevant Period and (ii) where the Guarantor makes a Non Cash Distribution that results in an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Condition 6(a)(ii), the Ex-Date in respect of the Relevant Non Cash Distribution.
Relevant Adjustment Date means, in case FME distributes to its shareholders a Cash Dividend, the Ex Date and, in case the annual shareholders’ meeting of FME does not resolve to pay any Cash Dividend in respect of a Financial Year, the first Trading Day following the date of the annual shareholders’ meeting.
Relevant Adjustment Date means, where the Issuer pays or makes a Cash Dividend that results in an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Condition 6(a)(ii), the Ex-Date in respect of the Relevant Cash Dividend or, in case no Ex-Date falls in a Relevant Period (other than the Final Relevant Period), the first Scheduled Trading Day following the end of such Relevant Period.

Related to Relevant Adjustment Date

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund.   • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment means the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Issuer or its designee as of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date:

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
