Relevant Cup Match definition

Relevant Cup Match means any home matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the First Team at the Ground during the Season (including any home replays and any matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the First Team which are switched from another team’s ground and played at the Ground), each of which shall be designated as a Category A Match, Category B Match, Category C Match or UEFA Europa League Match (Categories EL1-4) by the Club (in its absolute discretion);
Relevant Cup Match means any home matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the Club’s men’s First Team at the Ground during the Season (including any home replays and any matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the Club’s men’s First Team which are switched from another team’s ground and played at the Ground).
Relevant Cup Match means any match in the FA Cup, the Football League Cup or a UEFA competition played by CFC (including any replays and matches in the FA Cup, the Football League Cup or a UEFA competition) or any other knockout competition organised by a football governing body or any replacements or successors thereof.

Relevant Cup Match means any match in a domestic, European or global cup competition played by any Team representing Chelsea Football Club (including any replays).
Relevant Cup Match means, subject to paragraph 5.1(A), a home match in any of the following competitions played by the Women’s Team at the Stadium during the Season: the Vitality Women’s FA Cup (including residual match(es) from the 2020/21 season), the FA Women’s Continental League Cup or the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Relevant Cup Match means any match in a domestic, European, or global cup competition played by any Team representing Nottingham Forest FC (including any replays).

Relevant Cup Match means any football match in the FA Cup, Football League Cup or a UEFA Competition.
Relevant Cup Match means any match in the 5th or 6th round of the Women’s FA Cup, or a UEFA competition played by Chelsea Ladies FC (including any replays and matches in the Women’s FA Cup or UEFA competition) or any other knockout competition organised by a football governing body or any replacements or successors thereof.

  • Relevant Customer means a person, firm or company who during the period of twelve months immediately preceding the Termination Date conducted a business relationship (including, without limitation, the provision of services and the negotiation for the same) with the Company or any Group Company and with whom the Executive had significant contact as an employee of the Company;

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • Portfolio Yield means, with respect to any Due Period, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of (i) the amount of Finance Charge Collections received during such Due Period, (ii) the amount of Series Yield Collections for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period and (iii) the amount of Series Additional Funds for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period, and the denominator of which shall be the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the first day of such Due Period.

  • Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.

  • Final Average Earnings means the earnings used to determine benefits under this Plan as further described in Article 7.

  • Buydown Fund Account A separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02 (a) with the corporate trust department of the Trustee or another financial institution approved by the Master Servicer, (b) within FDIC insured accounts (or other accounts with comparable insurance coverage acceptable to the Rating Agencies) created, maintained and monitored by a Servicer or (c) in a separate non-trust account without FDIC or other insurance in an Eligible Institution. Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.
