Relevant Fees definition

Relevant Fees has the meaning given in clause 7.4 of this Agreement.
Relevant Fees means APPSN Fees and Retry Fees.
Relevant Fees mean APSN Fees, Retry Fees, and Fees-On-Fees, as included in the Settlement Classes.

Examples of Relevant Fees in a sentence

  • In exchange, Defendant has agreed to issue a credit to your Account, a cash payment to you if you are no longer a customer, and/or to forgive certain Relevant Fees.

  • You will keep your individual claims against Defendant but you will not receive a payment for Relevant Fees and/or forgiveness of Uncollected Fees.

  • For avoidance of doubt, it is agreed by the Parties that a Settlement Class Member may qualify for a Settlement Class Member Payment and forgiveness of Uncollected Fees by virtue having paid one or more Relevant Fees and having been assessed at least one other Relevant Fee that became an Uncollected Fee.

  • Uncollected Relevant Fees shall be forgiven in full within 10 days after the Effective Date.

  • If your objection is overruled by the Court, then you may receive a payment and/or forgiveness of Uncollected Relevant Fees and you will not be able to sue Defendant for the claims asserted in this litigation.


More Definitions of Relevant Fees

Relevant Fees means X/Y x Z. Where:
Relevant Fees means the fees payable to the Secretary of State under the 2005 Regulations immediately before 1st April 2014 in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 of those Regulations;
Relevant Fees means APPSN Fees and Retry NSF Fees.
Relevant Fees means the amount of Non-Executive Directors' fees (up to $40,000 of the annual director fees of the chairperson of the Company or up to $30,000 for other non-executive Directors) that the relevant Non-Executive Director has elected to receive in the form of Share Rights in that relevant 12 month period for a financial year. However, in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2024, the Relevant Fees will be a pro rata proportion of the above Non-Executive Directors' fee limits based on the balance of the financial year commencing from 1 January 2024 following the approval of the Shares Rights pursuant to Resolution 9.
Relevant Fees has the meaning ascribed thereto in the section headed “Transfer Agreement in respect of the Mining Rights” in this announcement;
Relevant Fees means the Fee, the LC Fee, the Arrangement Fee, the Termination Fee and any accrued interest thereon.
Relevant Fees means the fees complained of in the Complaint, namely overdraft fees charged by Defendant during the Class Period on debit card transactions that were initiated when the customer’s account contained a positive available balance sufficient to cover the transaction, but which later settled into a negative account balance and Non-sufficient Funds (“NSF”) Fees assessed on second or third presentments of a check or ACH transaction.
