Relevant Fees definition

Relevant Fees has the meaning given in clause 7.4 of this Agreement.
Relevant Fees means X/Y x Z. Where:
Relevant Fees means APPSN Fees and Retry Fees.

More Definitions of Relevant Fees

Relevant Fees means APPSN Fees and Retry NSF Fees.
Relevant Fees means the fees payable to the Secretary of State under the 2005 Regulations immediately before 1st April 2014 in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 of those Regulations;
Relevant Fees means the fees complained of in the Complaint, including the assessment and collection of: (1) “Withdrawal Courtesy Pay” fees and “Withdrawal Overdrawn ACH” fees on accounts that were never actually overdrawn; (2) overdraft fees on transactions that were previously authorized on sufficient funds; (3) multiple non-sufficient funds fees on a single item; (4) “Withdrawal Overdrawn ACH” or “Withdrawal Overdrawn” fees that Plaintiffs never agreed to pay; (5) “Withdrawal Non-LMCU ATM Fees”; and (6) overdraft fees on ATM or one-time debit card transactions.
Relevant Fees means the fees complained of in the Complaint, including the assessment and collection of (1) “Withdrawal Courtesy Pay” fees and “Withdrawal Overdrawn ACH” fees on accounts that were never actually overdrawn;
