APPSN Fees definition

APPSN Fees means the fee(s) that Defendant charges on certain Point of Sale debit card transactions where there was a sufficient available balance at the time the transaction was authorized, but an insufficient available balance at the time the transaction was presented to Defendant for payment and posted to a member’s account.
APPSN Fees means fees that Defendant charged and did not refund on signature Point of Sale debit card transactions from April 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 where there was a sufficient available balance at the time the transaction was authorized, but an insufficient available balance at the time the transaction was presented to Defendant for payment and posted to a member’s account.
APPSN Fees means fees that Defendant charged and did not refund on signature Point of Sale Debit Card transactions from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019, where there was a sufficient available balance at the time the transaction was authorized, but an insufficient available balance at the time the transaction was presented to Defendant for payment and posted to a customer’s Account.

More Definitions of APPSN Fees

APPSN Fees means overdraft protection (“ODP”) fees or non- sufficient funds (“NSF”) fees that Defendant charged and did not refund for debit signature transactions from June 19, 2017 to August 15, 2021 where the available balance of the member’s account was sufficient to cover the purchase at the time of authorization, but the balance was negative or insufficient at the time the transaction posted to Defendant’s data processing system. For purposes of determining the available balance at authorization, the highest available balance on the date of authorization shall be used. The amount of any APPSN Fee shall be the pre-sales tax amount charged.
