Relevant Fund Segment means a particular Fund Segment.

Each AUT, Lux FCP, French FCP, UT, CCF, ILP and each Sub-Fund, for which this Agreement is entered into, shall be referred to as the "Relevant Fund" and each Fund Segment of a Lux SICAV, Lux SICAF or Lux FCP for which this Agreement is entered into, shall in this Agreement be referred to as the "Relevant Fund Segment".
