Relevant Group Member definition

Relevant Group Member means any member of the Group (excluding the Company but including any predecessor of a member of the Group) in respect of whose business the Officer has been directly concerned pursuant to the provisions of this Contract at any time during the period of 2 years prior to the Termination Date;
