Relevant Incentive Charges definition

Relevant Incentive Charges are Capacity Neutrality Charges (under Section B2.11.9(a)) and User Daily Incentive Amounts (under Section D3.4.2(b));

Related to Relevant Incentive Charges

  • Eligible Compensation means (i) for eligible exempt employees, such employee’s base salary at the time the Bonus or Spot Bonus is determined (prorated for time in an eligible position), and (ii) for eligible non-exempt and non-union hourly employees, such employees’ eligible wages for the applicable year as determined by the Company to be required by law.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Compensation Year means a period of 12 months expiring 31 March in any year;

  • Total Compensation means the cash and noncash dollar value earned by the executive during the Subcontractor’s preceding fiscal year and includes the following (for more information see 17 CFR 229.402(c)(2)):

  • Incentive Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.
