Relevant Infrastructure Works means all infrastructure works in the Development outside of individual Dwelling plots The Owner and Developer covenants with the District Council as follows:-CONSTRUCTION STANDARDSPrior to the construction of any Relevant Infrastructure Works to provide to the District Council a CEEQUAL Excellent Certificate for those works.Not to cause or permit the construction of any Relevant Infrastructure Works until the CEEQUAL Excellent Certificate has been provided to the District Council.To ensure that all contactors engaged in the construction of the Development register for the Considerate Contractor Scheme.Not to Implement the Development until the Materials Scheme has been submitted to and approved or deemed approved by the District Council The approval or deemed approval of the Materials Scheme shall be in accordance with the following process:The Materials Scheme shall be submitted to the District Council allowing the District Council a minimum period of 28 days in which to respond.In the event that the District Council does not respond within the period set out in paragraph 2.5.1 above in respect of the Materials Scheme then the Owner and Developer shall serve written notice on the District Council allowing it a further 14 days from receipt of the notice in which to respond after which if no response is received the Owner and Developer shall proceed on the basis that the Materials Scheme is deemed approved.In the event that the District Council approves the Materials Scheme or it is deemed approved pursuant to paragraph 2.5.2 above then the Owner and the Developer shall implement and carry out the requirements of the Materials Scheme for the construction of the Development prior to its implementation the Owner and Developer shall notify the District Council in writing that the Materials Scheme is being implemented.In the event that the District Council does not approve the submitted Materials Scheme and states its comments for not doing so then the Owner and Developer shall take into account the District Council's reasonable comments and shall resubmit a further version of the Material Scheme for approval allowing a further minimum period of 28 days for the District Council to approve the same.In the event that the District Council does not respond within the period set out in paragraph 2.5.4 above then the Owner and Developer shall give written notice to the District Council allowing a further 14 days from receipt of the notice for it to respond after whi...

  • IT Infrastructure means software and all computers and related equipment, including, as applicable, central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, servers, communications and telecommunications equipment and other hardware and peripherals.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a third party that forms part of the global payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems, intermediary banks and correspondent banks.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • social infrastructure means community facilities, services and networks that meet social needs and enhance community well-being;

  • Broadband infrastructure means the physical infrastructure used for the transmission of data that provides broadband services. “Broadband infrastructure” does not include land, buildings, structures, improvements, or equipment not directly used in the transmission of data via broadband.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
