Relevant Leases has the meaning specified in the definition of AerCap Secured Obligations, and each a “Relevant Lease”.
Relevant Leases means those of Houston Leases or Seattle Leases with respect to which the Landlord’s consent is required for assignment or sublease to a third party or which prohibit assignments or subleases.

Relevant Leases means those of Agilent’s Leases or Keysight’s Leases with respect to which the Landlord’s consent is required for assignment or sublease to a third party or which prohibit assignments or subleases.
