Relevant Planning Regions definition

Relevant Planning Regions means, with respect to an ITP, the Planning Regions that would directly interconnect electrically with such ITP, unless and until such time as a Relevant Planning Region determines that such ITP will not meet any of its regional transmission needs in accordance with Section 10.4.2 of this Attachment K, at which time it shall no longer be considered a Relevant Planning Region.

Examples of Relevant Planning Regions in a sentence

  • Such reevaluation(s) are to be repeated as many times as necessary until the number of selecting Relevant Planning Regions does not change with such reevaluation.

  • A proponent of an ITP may seek to have its ITP jointly evaluated by the Relevant Planning Regions pursuant to section 7.4.2 of this Appendix A by submitting the ITP into the regional transmission planning process of each Relevant Planning Region in accordance with such Relevant Planning Region’s regional transmission planning process and no later than March 31 of any even-numbered calendar year.

  • If ColumbiaGrid (if it is a Relevant Planning Region) and all of the other Relevant Planning Regions select an ITP in their respective regional transmission plans for purposes of Interregional Cost Allocation, ColumbiaGrid shall apply its regional cost allocation methodology to the projected costs of the ITP assigned to it under section 7.5.2(d) or 7.5.2(e) of this Appendix A above in accordance with its regional cost allocation methodology, as applied to ITPs.

The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • developing country means a country which is for the time being regarded as such in conformity with the practice of the General Assembly of the United Nations;

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Major EU Country means one or more of the following countries within the European Union: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • Planning Authority means the responsible entity that coordinates and integrates transmission facility and service plans, resource plans, and protection systems.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products.   • CAFRA Planning Map means the map used by the Department to identify the location of Coastal Planning Areas, CAFRA centers, CAFRA cores, and CAFRA nodes. The CAFRA Planning Map is available on the Department's Geographic Information System (GIS).

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Indigenous Peoples Plan or “IPP” means any of the plans acceptable to the Bank, adopted by the Borrower, through UCPyPFE-UEP, and/or the pertinent Participating Province when applicable as set forth in the Operational Manual, all prepared and to be carried out following the requirements of the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework.
