Relevant Prospect definition

Relevant Prospect means any person, firm or company who or which at any time during the period of six (6) months prior to the date on which the Participant ceases to be employed by Employer was an active prospective client of the Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with whom or with which the Participant had dealings related to the Business (other than in a minimal and non-material way).
Relevant Prospect means any person, firm or company who or which at any time during the period of twelve months prior to the date on which Optionee ceases to be employed by Employer was an active prospective client of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with whom or with which Optionee had dealings related to the Business (other than in a minimal and non-material way).
Relevant Prospect means any person, firm or company who or which at any time during the period of 12 months prior to the date on which Associate ceases to be employed by Employer was an active prospective client of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with whom or with which Associate had dealings related to the Business (other than in a minimal and non-material way).

  • authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.
