Relevant Persons means all persons that undertake in Northern
relevant person means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence -
relevant position , in relation to a business, means the position of director or manager, or other executive position, however that position is designated;
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Relevant Property means property of a kind affected by the transfer order, whether it is an estate or interest in land or any other property.
relevant proceedings means proceedings for contempt of court or proceedings under Schedule 2 to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014;
Relevant Party means the Borrower, each of the Owners, any other Security Party and each member of the Group from time to time;
the Group means the Company and its subsidiary undertakings (if any); and
Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.
Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;
relevant provision means a provision in any subordinate legislation made under the Act or made, in connection with the Act or such provision, under any other enactment;
relevant power means any power, whether exercisable by voting or otherwise and whether excisable alone or in association with others-
Relevant Assets means all of the following:
Relevant Provisions means, in respect of the Determination Agent, the provisions of the Determination Agency Agreement, the Trust Deed, and the Conditions.
Relevant Proportion means, at any time, the proportion which one Note bears to the number of all of the Notes outstanding;
relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;
Authorised Investments means investments authorised by the instrument, if any, creating the trust for the investment of money subject to the trust, or by law;
relevant asset means any part of the Network operated from time to time
Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;
Security Party means the Borrowers, the Corporate Guarantor, the Shareholder or any other person who may at any time be a party to any of the Security Documents (other than the Banks);
Material support and resources means currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safe houses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, transportation, and other physical assets, except medicine or religious materials.
Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.
Refund Guarantor has the meaning given in Article 8, Clause 2.3;
authorised entity means an Entity with whom the Client has entered into an Authorising Agreement pursuant to Clause 2A.1;
authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.
Controlling shareholding means not less than 51% of the voting rights or paid up share capital in the Company/Consortium.
