Relevant Reset Distribution Rate definition

Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means a fixed rate per annum equal to the Swap Offer Rate with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread;
Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means the Swap Offer Rate with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread plus the Step-Up Margin;
Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means a rate of interest expressed as a percentage per annum equal to the sum of (a) the initial spread of 2.084 per cent., (b) the Treasury Rate and (c) a margin of4.00 per cent. per annum;

  • The Issuer shall cause notice of the then applicable Relevant Reset Distribution Rate to be promptly notified to the Securityholders in accordance with Condition 16 after determination thereof.

More Definitions of Relevant Reset Distribution Rate

Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means the Comparable Treasury Rate with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread;
Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means the Treasury Rate with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread plus the Step-Up Margin per annum;
Relevant Reset Distribution Rate means a fixed rate per annum equal to the relevant prevailing profit rate swap rate in per cent. per annum for the relevant Reference Period with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread for Fixed Rate.
