Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date definition

Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date has the meaning given in the Works Coordination Agreement.
Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for a Generator Unit means the date stated in the notice for that Generator Unit which may be earlier than the date of the notice itself;
Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for a Bi-directional Unit means the date stated in the notice for that Bi-directional Unit which may be earlier than the date of the notice itself;

Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for a Generator Unit means the date stated in the notice for that Generator Unit, which must be the day when the Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for that Generator Unit was achieved, as determined by Powerlink (which may be earlier than the date of the notice itself).

  • Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • New Year Market Flow means the Market Flow incorporating the transmission topology that includes all pre-existing Transmission Facilities and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements has been previously evaluated and incorporated, and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements is being evaluated in the current evaluation step.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).
