Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date definition

Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date has the meaning given in the Works Coordination Agreement.
Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for a Generator Unit means the date stated in the notice for that Generator Unit which may be earlier than the date of the notice itself;
Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for a Generator Unit means the date stated in the notice for that Generator Unit, which must be the day when the Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date for that Generator Unit was achieved, as determined by Powerlink (which may be earlier than the date of the notice itself).

  • For the purpose of enabling the Generator to Back Energise a Generation Unit and during the period from Back Energisation of a Generation Unit to its Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date, Powerlink will permit the Generator to draw load from the Transmission Network (on terms and conditions determined from time to time by Powerlink, including without limitation, load draw limits/amounts, reduction, suspension, ending and disconnection).

  • Exit Management Date means each of the following:

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced if, on or prior to the completion of such consecutive 21 business day period, (x) the Company shall have announced any intention to restate any financial statements or financial information included in the Required Information or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required, (y) the Company shall have failed to file any report with the applicable Securities Authorities when due, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed, or (z) the Required Information would not be Compliant throughout and on the last day of such 21 business day period, in which case a new 21 business day period shall commence upon Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources receiving updated Required Information that would be Compliant, and the requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above would be satisfied throughout and on the last day of such new 21 business day period. In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.
