Relevant Vessels definition

Relevant Vessels means, at any relevant time, all of the vessels from time to time owned or leased (under a lease that constitutes a Finance Lease) by, or are under construction for the account and at the order of, Group Members which, at the relevant time, are included within Total Consolidated Assets in the Financial Statements or which would be included within Total Consolidated Assets in the Financial Statements if the Financial Statements were required to be prepared at that time (and it includes the Ships) and Relevant Vessel means any one of them. Repayment Date means, subject to clause 39.7 (Business Days) and in respect of each Advance:
Relevant Vessels means, at any relevant time, all of the vessels from time to time owned or leased (under a lease that constitutes a Finance Lease) by, or are under construction for the account and at the order of, Group Members which, at the relevant time, are included within Total Consolidated Assets in the Financial Statements or which would be included within Total Consolidated Assets in the Financial Statements if the Financial Statements were required to be prepared at that time (and it includes the Ships) and Relevant Vessel means any one of them.
Relevant Vessels means the vessels set out in Schedule 1 hereto.

Examples of Relevant Vessels in a sentence

  • Each Obligor shall procure that all earnings from all Relevant Vessels that are employed in trades other than in Mexico under the Mexican Navigation and Maritime Commerce Law (Ley de Navegación y Comercio Marítimos) are to be paid into the Earnings Account of such Obligor.

Relevant Vessels means all vessels owned by subsidiaries of the Subject Company, namely, “SEACOSCO YANGTZE”, “SEACOSCO OHIO”, “SEACOSCO AMAZON”, “SEACOSCO NILE”, “SEACOSCO PARANÁ”, “SEACOSCO CONGO”, “SEACOSCO XXXXXX”, and “SEACOSCO DANUBE”.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Mortgaged Ship means a Ship which is subject to a Mortgage at the relevant time and, in the plural, means all of them;
